    I have a few tattoos from a few different people and Radical Ink is the only place I’ve ever been to more than once.. The owner could’nt have been more awesome and I love her shop. I couldn’t be happier with my tattoos and I’m planning more.

    I came in to see Becky one day. I had a tattoo done and had placed two names on my leg. Needless to say I am not with that person any longer and did not want his name on my leg any longer. I did not want to black out the ribbon his name was on. I asked Becky what she could do. She said she could make it look like a stained glass ribbon. She did an amazing job. I barely bleed from her work. It looks great and I am happy. I will be going back for another tat, I would recommend her to anyone.

        After getting my first tattoo, and having it come out horribly, I started searching for a new Artist. I had at least 5 different people recommend that I go to Becky. Not only did she do an amazing job on my second tattoo, but she offered to fix the first one for me. I cannot wait to go back and get my 2nd tattoo finished, my first one fixed, and my 3rd one started. I will continue to recommend Radical Ink to everyone I know.

        I’ve had 2 tattoos done at Radical Ink now, 1 done by Becky, 1 done by Jo. Both of them are excellent with creating original works of art, have a very gentle touch and know how to make getting a tattoo a fun experience. Jo designed a cover up tattoo for me which came out amazing! They are both great, its hard to choose which one I want for my next tattoo. Guess I’ll just have to get 2

        After getting two detailed tattoo’s done at Radical Ink, I’m relieved to finally know that I’ll never have to look for another Artist again. Becky is a consummate professional, and the relaxing environment within the studio is the perfect setting for your first or 40th tattoo. Let the sleeve work begin!

That’s what it’s about.
Once a Tattoo is on you, it’s forever, so it pays to be picky. I am!
I’ve had 2 half sleeves of award winning single needle black work for 25 years. I figured that it was time to go to full sleeves, half color below the black work.
I looked at several Tattoo shops and artists in the past 20 years, and for many different reasons decided to wait until I found the right person to compliment my existing work.
When I went into Radical Ink, I was greeted warmly, was given the opportunity to fully check out their studio. All was good, clean, sterile equipment, plenty of photos of past and present work.
I was also invited to hang out, meet and talk to their customers, even watch as people got their ink!
So far so good, I felt that I was being welcomed into a family.
I went back a while later, watched work being done, listened to several customers, and asked more questions.
Asa and Becky were very patient with me, and fully understood my concerns.
They had no idea if I’d be getting ink there, but still took the time to give me “The Red Carpet “ treatment.
That was a while ago, and Becky has been working on finishing my lower sleeves since.
The artwork is perfect, exactly as I wanted!
Becky is a master (or should I say Mistress) of art forms, making a piece individual, something that nobody else will ever have.
She took several different pictures I had, took components from them all, and merged them into my unique tattoos (definitely Works of Art).
She has a very light touch, so light in fact that the whole process is absolutely PAINLESS!
And in comparison to other Tattoo shops, when it comes time to pay up, the price is right, especially considering what you got out of it!
So if you’re looking to get ink, by all means do your homework, check out lots of places, but I’ll bet that you’ll end up here at Radical Ink.
If you do, you’ll be very happy, and if you don’t……well, it’s your choice, but you can get the best work at Radical Ink.

      Being an artist at heart I wanted to find someone who would understand how my tattoos, or “body art pieces” as I prefer to call them, are symbolic and important to me. Having been to a couple of studios, one with an okay experience and one with a good one I was hesitant to try yet another place. However, “the gang” wanted to go to have several different pieces done and I was no exception…

      From the moment I stepped into the shop it felt like “home”…inviting, casual, professional and comfortable…what a heartwarming and reassuring feeling. Becky took the concept I had and the snipets of art and melded it into a piece that not only matched well visually with what I already had but also encompassed the flow and warm colors of the other pieces. Not only was I pleased with her professional efforts I was grateful to have an environment where my friends and I felt like “family”.

      I highly recommend Becky and Radical Ink, not only for her professional and detailed work but for an experience that will make you want to return for more.

      I’m a regular at Radical Ink and from my experience with getting tattooed and watching many others, I would say their customer service is what makes this shop excel. They’re incredibly friendly and work to make sure every tattoo is exactly what the customer wants and won’t stop until 100% satisfaction. i have never seen anyone leave with anything but a smile from ear to ear. they’re knowledgeable at what they do as well and Radical Ink is absolutely my shop of choice.

      Ill admit it, I am a big sissy when it comes to pain and I was never wanting to intentionally inflict pain on myself, EVER!!! But I wanted a tattoo. When I got to the shop Becky was very ‘gentle’ with me knowing I was nervous. She drew one small line on my arm without any ink so I could feel what it was going to be like and man let me tell you, she did that and I got the biggest smile on my face and told her LETS DO IT!!! Becky explained the entire process with me as she went along. She has a great attitude toward all of her clients and her shop is clean. When I decide what to get next, even though I live in Connecticut, I am going back to Radical Ink and will only ever use them as my tat shop of choice.
